I'd been meaning to scan this in ever since my San Diego trip, written by my friend Dave's girlfriend:
I'm a little fuzzy on the exact circumstances, but I believe I gained 'hero' status because I agreed with her on some point during dinner that Dave didn't. Still, nice to be a 5-minute hero every once in a while. 😉
