Halloween, 1978 – ★★★

Took a road trip with some friends to Gig Harbor to see Halloween on the big screen before the new one comes out. It’s not really scary by today’s standards, but the vibe is very effective, and I can see why some people consider it a classic. Not really a favorite of mine. Jamie Lee Curtis, however, is great in it, and I like that lady.
