Later that same day…

This post was published more than a few years ago (on 2002-08-27) and may contain inaccurate technical information, outmoded thoughts, or cringe takes. Proceed at your own risk.

In addition to the den cleaning thing, I'm working on moving my sites to my own server at home. SITM is in the pipeline to move soon, so if it goes offline for a few days, I thought you, my two remaining viewers, might like to know that it's not cause for panic.

I also plan to do a bit of refocusing on this site, since I have another site totally devoted to film projects, I'll be removing that from this site, and trying to focus more on artwork, and later some tutorials when I have the time.

My writing... I'm not sure what I'm gonna do there. I'm not going to turn into a writer like AAl, but I have written some "columns" in the past, in addition to an infrequently published blog. I'll try to get all my old stuff back up on the site, but my future writing will probably be limited to scriptwriting for the forseeable future. If I break down and write a column now and then, you'll hear it here first.

I'll also be launching my freelance business site and also a creative talent demo site in the medium-range future, once I get this whole server thing figured out.

So... the upshot is this: I realise that I'm less focused than ever, and that it's time to finally change that. I hope you, my (now) one remaining viewer (AAl) will bear with me during this most self-indulgent of times.
