Classic Mac Games

Posted on 2003-09-20 by Mark Boszko
This post was published more than a few years ago (on 2003-09-20) and may contain inaccurate technical information, outmoded thoughts, or cringe takes. Proceed at your own risk.

I've got my old Color Classic up and running, soon to be controlling my home automation, but in the meantime, I'm looking for copies of some old games that I used to play on the SE and Mac Classic back in high school, namely:

  • Shufflepuck
  • Stunt Copter
  • Tetris
  • Lunar Lander
  • Glider
  • Missile Command
  • Crystal Caverns (?)
  • Civilization (the original)

...and others from that time period, being mainly pre-1995. If you have a lead on where I might be able to find these great old games, please drop me a line. Thanks!

    Hey,
I am also looking for the original civilisation… If you could help me out and tell me if you find it yourself, it would be muchly appreciated. I also thought you might be interested to know that I have the original mac tetris and glider…
Hope to hear from you soon,
    Hendo
