Butterfly Photo

Over the weekend, I made an electronics purchase from Butterfly Photo, and this morning, I received an email asking me to call about my order. I figured it would be something like they needed to verify my shipping address, or it was out of stock or something, but no. It was just that they were planning on shipping it out today, and it should be delivered on Friday, and would that be okay? And also, did I have any questions about my purchase while they had me on the phone?

If the rest of their customer service is as good and personal as that phone call (even if it was I who had to dial the number), I can see why they've got such high ratings on all of the consumer sites. Can't wait for Friday. 😉
