TiVo To Go (sorta) for Mac OS X

No, they haven't released TiVo To Go for the Mac (and it's looking less and less likely as the years pass), but I did find this great article on How to decrypt .tivo files on OS X (a pragmatic approach). It does require Virtual PC, yes, but looks to be a good guide on how to easily get yourself up and running with MPEGs from your TiVo on your Mac. I'll report back once I've actually tried it, and have a working path for burning DVDs with said MPEGs, and how to edit out things like commercials before the burn.
